As a lawyer and public servant, Kevin Stocker has dedicated his career to protecting the rights of everyday people and holding those in power accountable. As a lifelong resident of Buffalo, Kevin has learned the importance of service, perseverance, and standing up for others. His commitment to justice led him into law, where he built a practice focused on advocating for victims and fighting for fairness in the courtroom.
Kevin for greater than 30 years, has been an attorney who has taken on some of the largest law firms in Buffalo, NYC, and nationally. Kevin has represented individuals who were wronged by insurance companies, governments, or other large corporations. He enjoys fighting on behalf of “the Davids against the Goliaths.” Likewise, he is eager to fight on behalf of you and your family! He understands the frustration of hardworking families being overlooked by a government that too often serves special interests. Kevin believes leadership means listening, showing up, and putting people over politics, every time.

“When asked what he thinks is the biggest current problem in government, Stocker said it’s the money — government interests and agendas being bought by donations from billionaires to the impact federal cuts are having on programs such as Social Security, Medicaid, Medicare, veterans’ services, SNAP benefits, healthcare and public education.”
“Stocker said he wants to see more focus on improving the quality of life for all Americans, such as increasing access to healthcare and less expensive groceries and utilities bills, but also includes expanding internet access in rural areas, increasing job creation and protecting communities from environmental concerns.”
“Stocker also cited red flags emerging during President Trump’s second term, noting the tax breaks to billionaires while cutting programs that impact millions of Americans in the “Big Beautiful Bill.” He also called out the actions by ICE, denying due process and civil rights for people in the country; implementing tariffs and alienating allies and trading partners, weakening the economy; and undermining democracy by turning the National Guard and other military against U.S. citizens.”

“We’re fighting to save America — what America should be about — our standing in the world, what it means to take care of each other and to fight for hard-working families.”
